Bring even more light to your layout with ease with the Lamplighter 2 Starter Kit from Dwarvin. The big brother of the Lamplighter 1 system, the Lamplighter 2 provides a 50% increase in intensity coupled into each fiber that is inserted and a capacity to hold more than twice the number of fibers. This innovative system uses a single Lamplighter box that allows you to add approximately 40 lights to your layout in three simple steps:
1) Mount the Lamplighter™ Box underneath your layout and plug it into the nearest outlet.
2) Drill holes in your layout wherever you're looking to add light and/or prepare how the fiber will run through.
3) Insert fiber into the box and feed it through the hole you've drilled to light up your object.
Using the intense light source underneath the table, the light output is 30+ times brighter than the typical LED used in hobby applications, which will bring an exceptional glow to your layout.
To light a structure, cut the appropriate length of optical fiber, insert one end into the Lamplighter box, and run the other end up through a hole in the structure. Since each box allows you to light up multiple sections (up to 60 individual lights!), the addition of lights to different structures is very simple. The 1.0mm diameter fibers are recommended for street lamps, and the 1.5mm fibers are ideal to light buildings.
Each Lamplighter 2 can hold 30 of 1.5mm fibers or 60 of 1.0mm fibers or any combination thereof.

- Power supply
- 30ft of 1.0mm and 30ft of 1.5mm fiber
