Return Policy

CONSUMER ORDERS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, you may return it for a full refund  or exchange of the product purchase price within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-533-6644. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer unless the return is due to damaged, incorrect, or duplicate items in the order.

Digital products such as downloads or digital editions of magazine issues, are not covered under our return policy but if the product is defective or you are not satisfied with the quality of the item purchased, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-533-6644.

To process a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact customer service at 1-800-533-6644 to initiate the return.
  2. Locate your packing slip or print a copy of your order confirmation email.
  3. Print this Return Authorization Form and fill in your name, phone number, email address, and reason for the return.
  4. Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return. If available, use the original packaging.
  5. Include packing slip or copy of order confirmation email and the Return Authorization Form inside the box.
  6. If return is due to damaged item, duplicates, or incorrect item, customer service will email you a UPS prepaid shipping label which should be applied to the outside of the box. Package will then need to be dropped off at the nearest UPS store location. To see a list of UPS locations, click here.
  7. If return is due to no longer wanting item or requesting an exchange, you will need to take the package to your local UPS or Post Office to coordinate shipping back to Kalmbach Media.

Be sure to include a copy of your receipt or packing slip and the completed Return Authorization Form with your return to ensure proper credit is given.  If you have any questions regarding a return, please contact our customer service team via phone Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST or Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at 1-800-533-6644 (Outside the U.S. and Canada, call 903-636-1125) or email customerservice@kalmbachproducts.info.

Kalmbach Publishing Co. can only accept returns if the product was purchased directly from the publisher. Any other return should be made directly with the retailer from whom you purchased the product.

Processing Times: Returns are typically processed within 3 days of receipt. If you originally paid via credit card, please watch for a credit on an upcoming statement within the next 30 days, depending on your billing cycle. If the original payment method was via check, please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund check to arrive.

Magazine Return Policy

U.S. and Canadian retailers may receive credit for unsold magazines for up to 6 months from the invoice date. A separate Affidavit Return Form will be provided for any publications received and that meet the returns criteria. Enter the quantity/quantities of unsold copies and simply email to: magreturns@kalmbach.com or fax to: 262-798-6543.
