this custom-decorated HO scale Pullman-Standard PS-1 40-foot boxcar. The
injection-molded plastic kit, produced in the United States of America by
Accurail, features a one-piece body with a factory-installed brake wheel and
running board. The car includes two styles of modeler-installed 8-foot PS-1
doors. The ladders, grab irons, placard boards, and route boards are molded.
The separate plastic underbody has molded center sills,
crossmembers, floor boards, laterals, and draft-gear boxes. Freestanding
details include the air reservoir, control valve, and brake cylinder assembly.
In addition, the kit includes Accumate couplers, draft-gear box covers, four
2-56 x 3/16” Phillips-head screws, a steel weight, solid-bearing trucks, and
33” Delrin engineering plastic wheelsets.
