Louisville & Nashville 152: The Pacific Princess DVD

The oldest active 4-6-2 operating in the United States is ex-L&N #152, which was built by Alco’s Rogers Works in Paterson, New Jersey.

This video highlights the 152 and its inaugural run between Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky. An impressive 1.6% grade of Jett Hill at Frankfort, Kentucky is featured as the 152 continues its travels to its destination.
