Milwaukee Racine & Troy HO Gunderson 53-foot Well Car with Two Containers - Road Number 79010

The Kalmbach Hobby Store has partnered with Rapido Trains for its latest release, Gunderson 53-foot single-unit, double-stack well cars decorated for the Milwaukee, Racine & Troy, Model Railroader’s staff layout.  

The ready-to-run HO scale intermodal cars, painted Missouri Pacific Jenks Blue with white graphics and yellow FRA-224 stripes, feature a die-cast metal body; see-through, etched-metal walkways; and injection-molded plastic handrails and brake components. In addition, the models have 70-ton roller-bearing trucks with 33” metal wheelsets and metal knuckle couplers.

This contemporary car features road number 79010.

Each car includes a pair of MR&T 53-foot hi-cube, dry box intermodal containers. The injection-molded plastic containers are painted Trains Red with white graphics and have placard frames and a Heat King heater box on the front. The dry box containers are numbered MRTU 946007 and MRTU 946015.
